Grateful Home Health Inc. consists of highly qualified, specialty-trained team of home health professionals who are competent to provide quality home health care for your medical, social, therapy, and equipment needs.
Under the supervision of your physician, our staff will assist with your medical needs, help with your activities of daily living, aid with strengthening and coordination of your mobility difficulties, and provide community resource planning.
We believe that a team approach to patient care is the most effective way to reduce recovery time and support our patients' independence. Our caring staff is licensed, certified, bonded, and highly trained — working in coordination with your physician to ensure the highest level of care possible.
